Purpose
- ValorChain Consulting Group was founded with a simple but powerful purpose: to serve. After more than two decades leading global transportation, logistics, and supply-chain operations for industry-leading organizations, I created ValorChain as a way to channel my expertise, leadership, and military-rooted values into helping companies build stronger, smarter, and more resilient supply chains.
Why I Started ValorChain
- My career has been defined by service—first to my country as a veteran, and then to the businesses, teams, and communities I’ve been privileged to support. Over the years, I saw a gap in the logistics consulting space: companies needed not just analysts, but true operators. They needed someone who has negotiated multimillion-dollar carrier contracts, directed international freight flows, led global teams, overseen P&L responsibility, and built transportation networks from the ground up.
- ValorChain was created to fill that need. The company exists to provide expert guidance through an approach grounded in service, discipline, integrity, and operational excellence. Every engagement is built on the belief that logistics done well can unlock tremendous value—not just financially, but operationally and culturally.

Director-level oversight across ocean, air, trucking, parcel, drayage, brokerage, and distribution-center operations.
- International Supply-Chain Management
Hands-on experience managing cross-border flows from China, Vietnam, India, Mexico, and Canada, including customs, compliance, and multimodal routing.
- Advanced Analytics & Forecasting
Expertise in Power BI, advanced Excel, network optimization, and cost-to-serve modeling. Currently conducting research on machine-learning forecasting models (XGBoost) and building predictive agents.
- Contract Negotiation & Procurement
Overseeing hundreds of millions in annual transportation spend, delivering multimillion-dollar savings through strategic RFPs, carrier scorecards, KPIs, and cost-engineering.

Managing global teams, improving processes, and creating high-performance cultures rooted in accountability, service, and continuous improvement.
